Puig-USA, a leading international fragrance and cosmetics company, faced the unique challenge of bringing their promotional line of mens fragrances to market quickly while maintaining the highest quality levels.

The various fragrance lines included Paco Rabanne Pour Homme, Paco Rabanne XS and Quorum. The colors and graphics on the cartons needed to be consistent and visually appealing, while conveying the quality that the brands are noted for. Additionally, all of the packaging had to be produced, filled and shipped within tight deadlines to meet the companys marketing initiatives.

Diamond Packaging produced the graphics on an offset press, using UV inks along with in-line UV coating, thus saving time and money. Furthermore, an all-digital workflow provided faster concept turnaround as well as better registration, sharper print and consistent color reproduction on press.

DCM, our contract manufacturing division, provided fulfillment services including packing and wrapping all of the individual components. This resulted in faster time to market since production and fulfillment was managed from a single location.
