Diamond Contract Manufacturing (DCM), our contract manufacturing and packaging division, is a privately held, 100% women-owned business that was founded in 1989.
- What services do you provide?
DCM offers a myriad of contract packaging functions as well as light assembly and kitting. Diamond Medical Group provides clinical trial kit production and physician sample kit services, including sourcing, fulfillment, packaging and distribution. As packaging development and product launch experts for medical device, health care and consumer products, Diamond is uniquely positioned to provide turnkey solutions for these markets.
- Why is your name DCM if you are so heavily involved in packaging?
In addition to providing contract packaging solutions, DCM is capable of providing assembly of your products.
- What markets do you serve?
We serve the pharmaceutical, healthcare, personal care, food, medical device, photographic, software, and household market segments. Our facility is ISO 9000:2000-certified and cGMP compliant for the pharmaceutical and
healthcare industries. We are also registered with the Food & Drug Administration (FDA)
for secondary packaging and labeling.
- Are you international?
Yes, Diamond Packaging is part of the Global Packaging Alliance (GPA). You can learn more about us by visiting us at www.global-packaging-alliance.com. Our global alliance offers high quality packaging and contract packaging services on an international scale.
Service
- What is your minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum. Our wide range of equipment capabilities allows us to vary the degree of automation to meet your specific needs. We often act as an overflow to our customers' internal packaging lines.
- How long does it take for a quote?
Due to the varying complexity of the services needed quote our response time varies. However, if you can supply us a physical product sample, quotes typically take 1-2 days.
- Are you capable of "drop" or multiple location distribution?
Yes, utilizing our relationship with our forwarding company, we are capable of shipping to distribution centers and individual stores.
- How will my account be handled?
In addition to having a dedicated Account Manager for your business, you will also be supported by a Project Coordinator to process your orders and handle any issues that arise.

- Are you clean room capable?
Yes, our modular, expandable soft-wall Class 100,000 clean room enables us to economically package a wide variety of pharmaceutical and medical device products. Our new climate-controlled facility features dedicated space for customers whose processes must be
isolated from other product lines. This ensures a higher level of product accountability and security, making it ideal for product launches requiring confidentiality, or healthcare and pharmaceutical projects that require zero defect inventory control.
